Energy Holding is a certified manufacturer and producer of EXC-3 class steel structures, based in Gdańsk. We have been operating since 2019 and have completed more than 75 projects for clients from Poland, Germany, Sweden, the Netherlands, Norway, and Belgium.

We have a production hall of over 5,000 m², a production capacity of 400 tonnes per month, and a team of over 60 qualified welders and fitters with European certifications. We deliver complete projects – from prefabrication, through anti-corrosion protection, all the way to on-site assembly at the investment location.

What steel structures do we produce?

Industrial and warehouse halls
Prefabrication and assembly of steel halls for industry, logistics, and retail. Lightweight and heavy structures, single-span and multi-span halls. Complete execution – load-bearing structure, trapezoidal sheeting, suspended ceiling.

Steel bridges and footbridges
Road bridges, railway bridges, and pedestrian footbridges made of plates and tubular profiles. Large-scale prefabrication, sandblasting, metallization, and on-site assembly.

Industrial tanks and pipelines
Pressurized and non-pressurized tanks made of carbon and stainless steel. Process and technological pipelines. 

Trusses, platforms, and pipe racks
Steel trusses, service platforms, technological pipe racks, and working platforms for industrial and energy facilities.

Offshore and marine structures
Structures for the marine and shipbuilding industries. Offshore foundations, platform components, ship installations. Production base in Gdańsk – the heart of the shipbuilding industry.

Steel stairs, railings, and ladders
Industrial stairs, protective railings, and steel ladders for production plants, halls, and infrastructure facilities.

Anti-corrosion protection – comprehensive service

Abrasive blast cleaning (sandblasting)
Blasting to cleanliness grade Sa 3 (ISO 8501-1) – the standard required for bridge and industrial structures. It ensures optimal adhesion of protective coatings and removes rust, mill scale, and contaminants.

Thermal spray metallization
Metallizing spray with zinc or aluminium using the flame or arc method. Durable anti-corrosion protection for 25–50 years. Used on bridges, offshore structures, and industrial structures exposed to aggressive environmental conditions.

Anti-corrosion painting
Paint systems matched to the corrosivity category:

• C2 – internal structures, not exposed to moisture
• C3 – urban and industrial environments
• C4 – chemical industry, coastal environment
• C5 – marine and highly aggressive industrial environments
• Fire protection R120 – fireproof paints, 120-minute fire resistance

Hot-dip galvanizing
Hot-dip galvanizing of steel components providing protection for 30–70 years. Carried out in cooperation with certified galvanizing plants.
