Energy Holding is a certified manufacturer of EXC-3 class ship and shipyard structures headquartered in GdaÅ„sk – the centre of the Polish shipbuilding and maritime industry. We carry out orders for shipyards, shipowners, ports and offshore platform operators from Poland and throughout Europe.

A 5,000 m² production hall in the immediate vicinity of GdaÅ„sk ports allows us to efficiently prefabricate and deliver elements directly to the quayside or to the shipyard hall.

Scope of shipbuilding works:

Hull repair and reinforcement
Post-accident and overhaul repairs of steel hulls. Replacement of damaged sections, reinforcement of frames and plating, sandblasting and anti-corrosion painting C5-M (marine environment).

Marine pipelines
Manufacturing and assembly of all types of marine pipelines:

• Fuel pipelines – diesel oil, heavy fuel oil, MGO
• Ballast and bilge pipelines
• Cooling and fresh water pipelines
• Fire and sprinkler pipelines
• Compressed air and hydraulic pipelines
• Cargo pipelines for tankers
• Technical gas pipelines
• Steam and condensate installations

Marine tanks
Fuel, water, ballast, sewage and cargo tanks made of black and stainless steel. Anti-corrosion protection resistant to marine environment and chemical substances.

Platforms, ramps and ladders
Service platforms, boarding ramps, ladders and deck stairs made of black and stainless steel. Grating, railings and anti-slip protection.

Covers, louvers and hatches
Hatch covers, ventilation louvers and watertight hatches for all types of vessels. Rubber seals, hinges and watertight closures.

Marine and special containers
Steel containers for maritime transport and specialist technical containers for offshore platforms. C5-M anti-corrosion protection.

Dismantling and overhaul works
Dismantling of old installations, replacement of worn structural elements and pipelines. Overhaul works in the shipyard and afloat.

• Sandblasting Sa 3 – surface preparation for marine coatings
• C5-M painting – system for marine environment
• Epoxy + polyurethane painting – long-term protection
• Thermal spray zinc metallization – protection for 25–50 years

• Hot-dip galvanizing of small elements
