Industrial Tanks

Energy Holding is a certified manufacturer of EXC-3 class industrial tanks and vessels, based in Gdańsk. We produce tanks for all branches of industry – from pharmaceuticals to energy and the marine sector.

Our own 5,000 m² production hall, a production capacity of 400 tonnes per month, and a team of over 60 qualified welders allow us to handle both small orders and large series of industrial tanks.

Which industries do we manufacture tanks for?

Pharmaceutical industry
Tanks made of 316L stainless and acid-resistant steel for the production of medicines, supplements, and active substances. The highest cleanliness requirements, internal polishing to Ra ≤ 0.8 μm, GMP compliance.

Brewing and the beer industry
Fermentation tanks, cylindro-conical tanks (CCT), beer lagering and storage tanks made of 304 and 316L stainless steel. Thermal insulation and cooling jacket.

Dairies and the dairy industry
Tanks for milk, whey, and dairy products made of acid-resistant steel. Manufactured in accordance with HACCP sanitary standards. Full internal polishing.

Chemical and petrochemical industry
Tanks for aggressive chemical substances, acids, and alkalis made of duplex and super duplex steel. Fuel and storage tanks made of carbon steel with anti-corrosion protection.

Gas industry
Pressure vessels for technical and industrial gases. 

Energy and steam industry
Steam tanks and separators, equalizing/surge tanks for combined heat and power plants and industrial facilities. High-temperature steel P235GH, P265GH. 

Food industry
Tanks for oils, syrups, sauces, and other food products made of stainless steel. Compliance with food-contact standards.

Shipbuilding and marine industry
Tanks for fuel, ballast water, and other media for ships and offshore platforms. Resistance to the marine environment.

Water and sewage industry
Tanks for drinking water, industrial wastewater, and retention. Stainless and carbon steel with coatings approved for contact with drinking water.

Paper and pulp industry
Tanks for lyes, acids, and process substances made of acid-resistant and duplex steel.

Winemaking and the spirits industry
Fermentation and storage tanks for wine, cider, and spirits made of 304 and 316L stainless steel.
