Industrial Pipelines

Energy Holding is a certified manufacturer and contractor of EXC-3 class industrial pipelines headquartered in Gdańsk. We carry out complete pipeline installations for all industrial sectors – from prefabrication in a 5,000 m² hall, through anti-corrosion protection, to assembly and inspections at the investment site throughout Poland and Europe.

For which industries do we carry out industrial pipelines?

Pharmaceutical industry
Stainless steel 316L and acid-resistant pipelines for the transfer of active substances, technical media and purified water (WFI, PW). Internal polishing Ra ≤ 0.4–0.8 μm, orbital TIG welding, GMP and FDA compliance.

Power plants and combined heat and power plants
Steam and high-temperature pipelines for conventional and gas power plants. High-temperature steel P91, P92, 13CrMo4-5. Pressure tests, full welding documentation WPS/WPQR.

Hydroelectric plants and dams
Pressure and process pipelines for hydroelectric plants – water intake pipes, turbine and cooling installations. Large diameters, black and stainless steel, resistance to corrosion and water pressure.

Boiler rooms and heating plants
Pipeline installations for steam, hot water and condensate for industrial boiler rooms and district heating plants. Thermal insulation, expansion joints and pressure tests.

Pumping stations and pump stations
Process pipelines for water, sewage and chemical substance pumping stations. Black and stainless steel, fittings, valves and distribution manifold.

Chemical and petrochemical industry
Pipelines for chemically aggressive substances – acids, bases, solvents. Duplex, super duplex and acid-resistant steel. Chemical-resistant insulation.

Marine pipelines – ships and platforms
Pipeline installations on ships and offshore platforms – fuel, ballast, cooling, hydraulic and fire pipelines. Black and stainless steel, resistance to marine environment. Production base in Gdańsk – the centre of the shipbuilding industry.

Brewing and beer industry
Stainless steel 304 and 316L pipelines for the transfer of beer, wort, water and CO₂. Internal polishing, TIG welding, sanitary fittings (DIN/SMS). HACCP compliance.

Dairies and dairy industry
Pipelines for the transfer of milk, whey, cream and dairy products made of acid-resistant steel. SMS/DIN fittings, CIP (clean-in-place), internal polishing Ra ≤ 0.8 μm.

Food industry
Pipelines for the transfer of oil, juices, syrups, sauces and other food products. Stainless steel approved for food contact, HACCP and FDA compliance.

Paper and pulp industry
Pipelines for lyes, sulphuric acids and process substances. Acid-resistant and duplex steel. Large diameters, high chemical and temperature resistance.

Gas industry and process gas pipelines
Pipelines for technical and industrial gases – nitrogen, oxygen, argon, CO₂, compressed air. Black and stainless steel.

Water and sewage industry
Pipelines for drinking water, process water and industrial sewage. Large diameters in black and stainless steel with coatings approved for contact with drinking water.
